Do you ship orders outside the United States?
  AVG ships to Puerto Rico, Mexico, Canada, Central and South America.
Is the freight included on the price?
  No
Is there a minimum order?
  No, there is no minimum dollar amount for orders.
What are the hours of operations?
  AVG customer service is open from 8AM to 5PM, Mondays to Fridays, eastern time.
What type of payment do you accept?
 

AVG accepts the following forms of payment:
AVG Account (net 30), subject to credit approval.
We also accept: Visa - MasterCard - Discover Card - American Express - Diner's Club - PayPal

  • Debit cards, when a PIN number is not required.
  • Personal or Corporate checks.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or Wire Transfer.
  • We do not accept C.O.D.

When will my order ship?
  If you order by 12 p.m. (Mon.-Fri.) from anywhere in the continental United States, your order will ship the same day. Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
  We work with 40 different shipping carriers and our choice is based on weight and shipping location of the order.
